Position : Manager Sales

1 Sales & Business Development:
a Responsible for execution of sales plan and achieve the sales target assigned
b Analyse and understand customer's requirement and offer them best solutions to meet their requirement
c Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all enquiries received
d Conducting research about the client’s background, turnover, strengths, weakness, products through online/offline information
e Maintain long term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization
f To work closely with the Sales Haed to drive the organizations growth , product development and geographical spread
g Conduct basic marketplace intelligence and research to map business potential of existing customers as wells identify new customers
h Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
i Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry
2 Customer Relations:
a Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries.
b Ensure service quality feedback on a monthly basis and implement corrective actions to ensure customer stickiness/ retention.
c Work in coordination with Pricing/ Procurement team to provide best possible quote to customers as well as secure good margin for the company too
d Ensure timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries, grievances and escalate issues whenever required
e Ensure regular visit to all key customer to maintain smooth relationship
3 MIS & Documentation:
a Ensure adherence to SOP’s formulated and strive continuously to improve the same
b Ensure timely submission of all required MIS to management
c Responsible for safeguarding of all documents related customer, orders, specifications, etc
d Ensure separate files for each customer is maintained and any document is easily available at anytime
4 Team Development:
a Ensuring Proper training,mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success
