Job Description

• Formulate marketing and communication plans to generate, maintain and increase Ready Mix Concrete Business.
• Identify target markets and work with the research teams exploring consumer insights
• Look after sales and distribution of Ready-mix concrete product for pune district.
• Reach new potential customers for sales.
• Branding the product in builder segment and retail market.
• Provide a strong technical backup to customers on site.
• Satisfy customer needs with quality, quantity and service assurance.
• Create awareness of ready-mix concrete to customers from traditional concrete practices.
• To make space for brand in institutional sale.
• To lead the team and up bring the qualities and potential of subordinates
