Job Description

Technical

Task: Provide guidance in preparing Mix Design as per customers requirement; Cube Testing; Ensure adequate Lab trials been conducted for New Products and for Current Mixes

Indicators: Minimizing the Rejections; Maintain the quality standards through out all trials

Customer Satisfaction

Task: Handling customer grievances

Indicator: Ensuring consistent Customer Satisfaction

Reports

Task: Monitor and Review the Daily Technical Report and address the shortfall; Monitor and Review the updates and reports in Lab Sys

Indicator: Controlling batching variations

Raw Material Testing

Task: Review the performance of the Raw Material and provide the Approved Raw Material Suppliers List

Indicator: Reducing the production loss due to unavailability of Raw Material
