Their services include Audit & Assurance, Taxation, Compliance matters viz Accounting, Payroll, IFRS etc, Business Advisory, M&A, Partner search and Market research. They have their own offices in New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kochi and Mumbai, with a total headcount of 600 people.

Job Description

• Train the resources to perform the audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards in India and endure the adequacy of documentation and increase the productivity of team members
• Maintenance of client relationships and regular interaction with them to assess changes in the business and other matters arising in the business
• Develop templates and check list to improve the efficiency and meet the documentation requirements
• Preparation of the audit testing program and assessment of the adequacy of the design and operation of the controls associated with the key risks identified
• Review of the work performed by the team members
• Planning and Recruit of the required manpower for the organization
• Planning and allocation of resources for various assignments
