Job Description

  • Preparation of monthly Projects MIS highlighting current sales trends, project profitability & probable future scenarios of cash flows.
  • Analyzing prevailing per sq ft rates across various geographies vis-a-vis declared company prices and recommending corrections when needed.
  • Feasibility Analysis for new opportunities
  • Interaction with bankers in support of CFO with reference to project funding (short term & long term).
  • Tracking current sales in relation to revenue recognition.
  • Recommending timeline for release of specific projects for Escrow regulations basis current status of payments (to vendors), construction and collections (from customers)
  • Interaction with remote teams for ensuring monthly financial closure
  • Financial & process due diligence for Initial Public Offer (IPO) & General Depositary Receipts (GDR) issue on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
  • Need based analysis on the commission payouts and scenario building for new incentive policies.
