Job Description

• Provide assurance and advisory services to clients and review of client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control, participate in accounting research to solve issues that arise during the course of audit engagements

1. Handle IFRS Assignments, Statutory Audits, Limited Reviews, Transfer pricing Audits,
2. Conversion of India GAAP Financial Statements to IFRS Financial Statements.
3. Assist client in preparation of financial statements as per Indian GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS
4. Prepare the audit report, including audit findings, impact and recommendations.
5. Identify control weaknesses, risk areas, inefficient work practices and recommend improvements.
6. Handle team of 5- 6 people.
