Job Description

1. Preparing MIS Reports at regular intervals for German Company.
2. Preparing Reports for Audit purpose. 
3. Preparation of Financial Statements at the year end.
4. Preparing Monthly Reports for Account Receivable.
5. Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement, Bills Receivable & Payable.
6. Preparing Monthly Reports for Account Payables.
7. Maintaining Bank & Cash Transactions & other Account Books Individually.
8. Customer calling for overdue customer daily basis.
9. Branch visits for process upgrade.
10. Preparing confirmation of balance sheets for overdue customers.
11. Customer visits to solve the issues if any.
12. Field visits with sales teams for accounts receivables.
13. Preparing collection reports for all sales and credit control teams.
14. Conducting monthly meeting with sales teams.
