Job Description

Planning, managing and delivering advisory related services such as :-

• Value based internal audit and Sox Compliance,
• Application reviews including information technology general controls reviews,
• Business process risk assessment reviews,
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures

Responsible for understanding the scope, deciding the fee, identifying/deploying suitable resources, detail review of work performed and reporting to client management and assurance team.

Other Responsibilities:

• Responsible for man power planning and also involved in recruitment drives to hire the right talent.
• Responsible for coaching immediate subordinates and help develop their career prospects within the firm in consultation with Senior Management.
• Responsible for training teams deployed to work with the Onshore offices on cross-cultural issues
