Job Description

• Consolidation of financial accounts of 25-30 group companies and clearing the consolidated and standalone FS from statutory audit from the group auditors.
• Preparation of the financial accounts of standalone holding company.
• Preparation and finalisation of the financial accounts of the holding company and clearance from statutory audit.
• Plans financial compliance / audits.
• Conducting and managing the expenses reimbursement audits of the entire Renoir group of companies.
• Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
• Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques.
• Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment.
• Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepares timely audit reports for executive management.
