Job Description

  • Lead the dealers into general economic trends, sector trends and individual company trends.
  • Work with the MD to devise overall strategy, goals, targets, initiatives, and budgets for the Equity Sales Division
  • Provide Institutional clients House Views on broad market with recommendations within the covered companies / sectors.
  • Monitor Dealer recommendation on purchase, sale, or holding of securities to intuitional clients.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the dealing team to ensure it functions effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement systems, processes, policies, procedures, and organization structure and staffing to effectively and efficiently run Equity Dealing team
  • Assess performance of team members and determine reward and career progression actions
  • Liaise with all other Institutional clients to understand all necessary aspects and needs
  • Identify and implement corrective actions to address business performance issues
  • Provide performance information to the MD on a periodic and ad hoc basis

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Has indepth knowledge of the Market.
  • Has hands on technical grasp of IT platforms that support high level execution.
