Job Description

• The incumbent should have experience of working in the skill's ecosystem in the country.
• Candidates with a sound understanding working of State Skills Mission, Sector Skill Councils and good understanding of Government Schemes on Skills sector is highly desirable.
• Candidates must be very fluent on emerging concepts and thematic areas on skills such as NSQF, QP & NOS, NCS et al.
• Candidates should be a post graduate / masters in any discipline with at-least 7-8+ years of relevant experience, and meets the above qualification requirements
• The incumbent would be part of the Social Sector advisory team leading a team of consultants on client engagements with (Donor/ Government /Private) on areas related to Skill Development and Livelihood.
• Additionally the incumbent would be responsible for leading/anchoring business proposals, supporting the practice leadership on business development initiatives. He will have specific business targets as per firm guidance and policy.
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant past work experience with other big consulting organizations
