Job Description

  • To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous soft services in support of Customers’ business needs in a safe working environment.
  • Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including Pantries, wash rooms, common areas.
  • Report and follow up any request & complaints from Client to FM & management team.
  • Checking and maintaining the Log books and checklists of all facilities as related to retail outlets, service centers.
  • Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the FM.
  • Inspect and monitor the function of office facilities with respect to cleanliness, safety.
  • To liaise with concerned soft services vendors for any malfunctions detected.
  • To follow up any requests/complaints from Client employees
  • To arrange for additional purchase upon request and approval from Client regarding the soft services
  • To ensure all office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, and printers are in good working order.
  • Track HK, Security and Technical services and track maintainace activity for assigned Kotak branches and update the same.
  • Take premises rounds as per visit and maintain premises inspection schedules. Audit for cleanliness and hygiene and take corrective actions as and when required.
  • On-time submission of weekly, fortnightly and monthly updates to AFM for reporting.
  • Apply and follow the contractual obligations, policies and procedures.
  • Connect with client at premises for feedback during site visits.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for all facility, employees, visitors and staff.
  • Report and send service order to contractor of maintenance and repair
  • Evaluate the service level of the concerned vendors.
  • Checking and maintaining Inventory record.
  • Ensure site related compliances are maintained.
  • Ensure fortnightly / monthly trainings are organized.
  • Conduct monthly vendor reviews and penalize the vendor against SLA deductions.
  • Ensure invoices checked, raised and are submitted on time
