Job Description

Business Development and Growth

  • Create foot prints for L&S in Direct Tax consulting services with existing and new clients.
  • Brief senior counsels on Direct Tax litigation before High Court and Supreme Court.
  • Represent before Tax tribunals and Departmental Dispute Resolution authorities.
  • Manage assessments and appeals for effective and time bound closure.
  • Grow turnover of the firm in direct tax practice to significant size through significant client development and cross selling Direct Tax consulting services to existing client.

Practice Development

  • Create teams and specialization under Consulting and Litigation teams.
  • Defined core values and standards for Practice.
  • Identify Executive leaders for each location and assisting them formulate business plan which help establish new offices in four locations.


Operational Management

  • Identify talents within the firm and identify need for recruitment, creating Excellence in the teams,
    setting up systems for creating Knowledge base and its management and personally manage strategic
    accounts and litigation ensuring excellence in every deliverable.
