Job Description

  • Lead and implement the L&E initiative across SBUs and across all TRS offices in India
  • Prepare and get prepared content for e-learning modules, and liaise with vendor to get them converted to format suitable for hosting on the InTuition LMS
  • Manage libraries in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi and also manage books acquisition and subscription renewals for libraries across TRS offices in India, negotiate for lower costs and better terms, evaluate whether to continue subscriptions that have not proved useful enough, etc.
  • Managing authoring and dissemination of alerts, flashes, notices and webcast invites
  • Co-ordinating and anchoring several Client publications like India Spectrum and Indirect taxes newsletters, Annual Tax Glimpses, Budget Booklet, Worldwide Tax Summaries, Destination India, Thought Leadership publications like Navigating Tax Controversies and summaries of the TARC Reports
  • Manage initiatives like Reading Club in Mumbai, Interesting Articles to Read newsletter, etc.
  • Maintain TRS client mailing list for additions, deletions due to bounced emails
  • Facilitate building Communities of Practice across SBUs
  • Pursue improvement in technology to reach learning and tax content to our employees whenever they need it, wherever they are
  • Introduce L&E, KM and Library facilities to new joiners in TRS as part of their Induction training
