• MBA with 10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting. 
• Proven track record in managing large & complex transaction engagements in the areas of Market and industry research, Commercial due diligence — market analysis, corporate strategy assessments, customer due diligence, Operational transaction support — synergy analysis, integration strategic assessments, change management etc.
